Located at 48 rue de Courcelles in Paris, Mr. Loo's Pagoda is an emblem of early 20th-century eclectic architecture, born from the 1926 transformation of a Haussmann-style mansion by architect Fernand Bloch for art dealer Ching-Tsai Loo. As part of Paris Déco Off, Maison Lelièvre, founded in 1914 and a benchmark in high-end upholstery fabrics, is taking over this historic location with a scenography designed by Edgar Jayet. This dialogue between architectural heritage, textile expertise, and contemporary design illustrates Lelièvre's commitment to elegant, sustainable, and cosmopolitan decoration.

La pagode de Mr Loo, située au 48 rue de Courcelles à Paris, est un exemple remarquable d’architecture éclectique du début du XXᵉ siècle. Construite vers 1900 comme hôtel particulier haussmannien, elle fut transformée en 1926 par l’architecte Fernand Bloch pour le marchand d’art chinois Ching-Tsai Loo. Inspirée des palais impériaux de Pékin, la façade rouge vermillon est surmontée de toitures à tuiles vertes vernissées. Conçue comme lieu d’exposition d’art asiatique, la pagode symbolise le dialogue culturel entre la France et la Chine.
